4TiFy (“4TiFy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through 4tifylife.com (the “Site”) and the 4TiFy mobile app (the “App”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
The Site itself does not currently collect or store personal information directly - there are no account sign-ups or newsletter forms on the Site at this time.
If you purchase merchandise, your order is processed by our e-commerce provider, Shopify. Shopify collects information necessary to fulfill your order, which may include your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and payment information. This information is collected and processed directly by Shopify under Shopify’s own Privacy Policy. We do not directly store your payment information.
If you contact us via the email address listed on our Contact page, we will have access to whatever information you choose to include in that email.
2. The 4TiFy Mobile App
The App does not require an account, sign-up, or login, and does not collect or store any personal information. The App streams music and cover art from our servers, and includes links to our social media profiles, streaming platforms, and merchandise store — if you follow one of those links out to a third-party platform (Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, etc.), that platform’s own privacy policy applies to your use of it.
3. How We Use Information
Any information collected through a purchase is used solely to fulfill and manage your order, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies
The Site and its third-party providers (including Shopify) may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for core functionality, such as maintaining your shopping cart during checkout.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Site and App. Each has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review:
- Shopify (merchandise orders and payment processing)
- Vercel (website hosting)
6. Children’s Privacy
The Site and App are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held about you. Because most information related to purchases is held by Shopify, requests related to order data should be directed to Shopify directly, or to us and we will assist in coordinating with Shopify.
