2. Music & Content
All music, audio, artwork, photography, logos, and other content on the Site (“Content”) are owned by 4TiFy or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Music streamed on the Site is for personal listening only. You may not download, redistribute, sell, or publicly perform any Content without prior written permission from 4TiFy.
3. Merchandise Purchases
Merchandise available through the Site is sold and fulfilled through our e-commerce provider, Shopify. Purchases, shipping, returns, and refunds are subject to the terms presented to you at checkout. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues arising from Shopify’s platform itself.
4. No Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
